Everyone likes a quick, easy and healthy treat! So prep these grab and go squares...I dare you to not eat the whole batch!
What you'll need:
* 1/2 cup Coconut oil
* 1/2 cup Protein Butter
* 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or other syrup of choice) *omit if you don't want it sweeter
* 1 Scoop Protein powder
* 1/3-1/2 cup oat flour
* pinch of Himalayan salt and extra chocolate chips if you so choose
Melt first three ingredients in a small pot, or microwavable bowl, mix well. Add in remaining ingredients. Depending on your protein powder, start with 1/4 cup of oat flour and add more for desired thickness. Please note, once they go into the freezer they firm up bc of the powder and coconut oil so its okay if the texture is rather moist.
Pour into a parchment paper lined pyrex dish or any other square dish you have on hand. Put in the freezer for two hours or until hardened.
